HR Specialist (Manufacturing Industry)
About the Company
A well-established manufacturing company specializing in electric drive assembly, located in an industrial estate in Chonburi, Thailand. The company operates with a growing team of 100+ employees and continues to expand its operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment for all positions across the organization
- Focus on hiring production workers and engineering roles (e.g., Process Engineers, Quality Engineers)
- Support and conduct employee performance evaluations
- Handle day-to-day HR operations in compliance with local labor regulations
- Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure timely and effective hiring
Requirements
- Proven experience in manufacturing industry (mandatory)
- Strong recruitment capability, especially for mass hiring and technical roles
- Experience hiring engineers and shopfloor/workforce talent is highly preferred
- Language proficiency:
- Thai + Chinese OR
- Thai + English
- Good understanding of local labor laws and HR practices
Compensation & Benefits
Salary: THB 40,000 – 50,000
Full salary during probation period (4 months)
