Prachinburi Position- must be able to live in Prachinburi full time, commute to Bangkok will be provided every other weekend by the company.

Hungpai New Materials (Thailand) is its sister company, with a factory headquartered in 304 Industrial Park, Prachinburi province, Thailand.
Job Summary: Assist in formulating and implementing the company's HR strategy; maintain public relations and external liaison; formulate and implement administrative management systems.
Duties and Responsibilities:
1. Strategic planning and organization: Participate in setting company strategic objectives; oversee HR planning and organizational structure optimization; regularly output HR allocation analysis reports; revise HR and administrative management systems (attendance, compensation, performance); supervise execution and drive process improvement.
2. Recruitment and talent development: Lead full-cycle recruitment management (needs analysis, channel development, interview assessment, and onboarding training); ensure talent supply matches business needs; design employee career development paths; organize performance reviews and promotion evaluations; build talent pipelines.
3. Labor relations and culture building: Handle employment contract signing, renewal, and labor dispute mediation; ensure compliant employment practices; plan corporate culture activities (annual meetings, team building) to enhance employee cohesion and sense of belonging.
4. Administration and logistics management: Manage fixed assets, office supplies, and logistics services (vehicle dispatch, canteen operations); control administrative costs; coordinate cross-departmental meetings and important activities; track resolutions.
5. Compensation, benefits, and data analysis: Develop compensation budget plans; calculate payroll and bonuses; optimize social security and benefits; maintain the HR information system; regularly analyze labor costs, turnover rates, and other key data.
6. Familiar with capital market operations; maintain good relationships with intermediaries and regulatory authorities.
7. Responsible for investor relations management, standardized operation of shareholder meetings and board meetings, and shareholder information management; coordinate information communication between the company and shareholders, actual controllers, and media.
8. Responsible for corporate governance and internal control management; ensure compliant operations; supervise directors, supervisors, and senior management in complying with securities laws and regulations.
9. Build the company's capital operation platform; formulate and execute strategic M&A and refinancing capital operation plans; monitor capital market and industry capital operation information; provide recommendations for capital operations.
10. Complete other tasks assigned by the Board of Directors.
Qualifications: Bachelor's degree or above in HR management, administrative management, or a related field; 5+ years of relevant management experience.
