Human Resources Specialist

Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Trat, for a Human Resources Specialist. The selected candidate will manage HR operations including recruitment, employee onboarding, implementing HR policies, and ensuring compliance with labor regulations. Responsibilities also include overseeing personnel management, administering employee benefits, and fostering a positive workplace culture through effective communication and support to staff. The role requires collaboration with department leaders to optimize workforce planning and performance management strategies.

Company will provide accommondation & 2 meals per day.

Salary range: 25.000 baht 30.000 baht

Qualifications

• Proven skills in Human Resources (HR), including recruitment and employee relations
• Experience with HR Management and applying HR Policies effectively
• Proficiency in handling Employee Benefits and managing personnel operations
• Strong knowledge of labor laws and organizational compliance
• Excellent interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills
• Ability to work efficiently in an on-site role and collaborate with cross-functional teams
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
• Experience in the tourism and hospitality industry is a plus
