Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct initial screening of candidates, coordinate interviews with Human Resources Managers, and support the recruitment process.
- Coordinate onboarding activities and support new hires during their probation period.
- Take care of internship students, including coordination with schools/universities and day-to-day supervision.
- Coordinate and support staff activities and employee engagement events.
- Handle employee benefits administration, including group insurance, provident fund coordination, and staff welfare matters.
- Manage time attendance records and support basic payroll-related coordination with the HR team.
- Maintain HR documents and employee records.
- Provide day-to-day HR administrative support and handle general HR inquiries from staff.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- At least 2 years of HR experience.
- Hands-on experience in recruitment coordination, employee benefits administration, and time attendance will be an advantage.
- Basic knowledge of Thai labor law and HR procedures.
- Good coordination and communication skills.
- Organized, detail-oriented, and able to handle multiple tasks.
- Proficient in MS Office.
- Service-minded with a positive attitude.
