Operate, inspect, maintain, and troubleshoot data center HVAC and cooling systems, including chillers, cooling towers, pumps, CRAH/CRAC units, AHUs, FCUs, and ventilation systems.
Develop and implement preventive and corrective maintenance plans to ensure reliable and energy-efficient operation.
Monitor critical environmental and operating parameters, including temperature, humidity, pressure, water flow, cooling capacity, and system redundancy.
Investigate alarms and system failures, identify root causes, and coordinate corrective and emergency actions to minimize operational risks and downtime.
Supervise contractors and service providers to ensure compliance with technical, safety, quality, and scheduling requirements.
Support system testing, commissioning, inspection, acceptance, and technical documentation.
Prepare and maintain SOPs, MOPs, EOPs, maintenance records, inspection reports, and other technical documents.
Collaborate with electrical, fire protection, BMS, and other engineering teams during maintenance and emergency situations.
Identify energy-saving opportunities and optimize cooling efficiency and PUE without compromising system reliability.
Ensure compliance with Thai laws, safety and environmental requirements, company policies, and applicable engineering standards.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or higher in Mechanical Engineering, HVAC Engineering, Energy Engineering, or a related discipline.
At least three years of relevant experience in HVAC systems, facilities management, or operations and maintenance.
Experience in data centers, large commercial buildings, factories, power plants, or other mission-critical facilities is preferred.
Strong knowledge of chilled-water systems, chillers, cooling towers, pumps, CRAH/CRAC units, AHUs, FCUs, ventilation, and HVAC controls.
Ability to read engineering drawings, P&IDs, shop drawings, control diagrams, and technical documentation.
Knowledge of BMS monitoring systems, cooling redundancy, and energy-efficiency principles is an advantage.
Strong troubleshooting, analytical, reporting, and coordination skills.
Good command of English; Chinese language proficiency is an advantage.
Proficient in Microsoft Office and relevant engineering software.
Able to work in Ban Chang, Rayong, and provide emergency support outside regular working hours when required.
A valid Thai Professional Engineering License is an advantage.
