Role Purpose
We are seeking an HVAC Engineer to manage technical planning, design coordination, and on-site execution for specialized cooling and ventilation systems within large-scale infrastructure projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate on bidding and presentations; prepare technical proposals and related content.
- Draft subcontracting scopes, work interfaces, and construction requirements; clarify technical queries during bidding and evaluate contractor submissions.
- Develop construction organization designs and specialized plans based on project requirements.
- Deepen design from construction drawings; calculate quantities and prepare engineering, equipment, and material lists.
- Create detailed schedules, rolling plans, and resource allocation for personnel, materials, and machinery.
- Identify engineering risks (safety, schedule, quality, cost, materials) and implement preventive measures.
- Oversee site construction management to achieve project goals.
- Coordinate with external technical teams and internal departments (EHS, data, testing) for compliance and quality assurance.
- Complete project closure activities, including documentation, training, and inventory review.
Requirements
- Thai nationality with strong communication skills; ability to converse in Chinese and English is an advantage.
- 5+ years of experience in construction projects in Thailand; familiarity with local standards and processes.
- Proactive, responsible, and able to work independently.
- Preferred: Experience in overseas data center projects and possession of Thai Junior Engineer/Engineer Professional Certificate.
