What You'll Do

  • Drive sales: Own the full sales cycle for our instrument and tool products across India — from prospecting to closing deals
  • Build the channel: Leverage your network to develop new客户 and expand distribution channels
  • Strengthen relationships: Maintain and grow partnerships with key accounts and channel partners to drive regional business growth
  • Shape the strategy: Analyze the HVAC/R market, gather competitive intelligence, and feed insights back to shape our go-to-market approach
  • Represent the brand: Organize or participate in industry exhibitions to boost brand visibility, generate leads, and increase sales

What You Bring

Must-Haves

  • 5+ years of sales experience in the HVAC/R instrument and tool sector
  • Established network: Existing relationships with industry channels or major end-users in the Indian market
  • Educational background: Bachelor's degree or above in Refrigeration, Electrical Automation, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field
  • Strong communication skills: Fluency in English (local language skills are a plus)
  • Hunter mentality: You're proactive, resilient, and thrive on closing deals

Nice-to-Haves

  • Experience with AI-enabled or smart instrumentation products
  • Experience working in or with multinational companies
