The Hygiene and Sustainability Manager will oversee and ensure the highest standards of hygiene, sanitation, and sustainability across Anantara and Avani Riverside properties. This role is responsible for developing, implementing, and monitoring programs related to food safety, environmental sustainability, and workplace hygiene, ensuring compliance with local regulations and brand standards. The manager will also lead initiatives to promote a culture of safety, cleanliness, and environmental responsibility among all team members.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science, Food Safety, Hospitality Management, or related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in hygiene, food safety, or sustainability management in the hospitality industry.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and training skills.
  • Experience in implementing sustainability initiatives in hospitality or related sectors.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to drive change and maintain high standards.
  • Ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive culture change.
