Role Description

This is a full-time position stationed in Bangkok, Thailand, for an IAM Sales Consultant at Gamatech (Thailand) Limited. The IAM Sales Consultant will be responsible for sales consulting, ensuring customer satisfaction, effective communication with clients, providing top-notch customer service, and offering expert consulting services.

Qualifications

• Sales Consulting and Consulting skills
• Strong focus on Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service
• Proficient in English and Thai (spoken and written)
• Experience in IT security, IAM, or related field
• Ability to work independently and be a team player
• Know-how for the following IT technologies/protocols/vendor products are preferred: Java/Python, SSO/OTP/MFA, SAML/OIDC/OAuth/FIDO, LDAP/SCIM, Broadcom / CyberArk / Gluu / IBM / iProov / Microsoft / One Identity / OKTA / Ping Identity / RedHat / Oracle / SailPoint / Secure Double Octopus
