Job Purpose
The HR Operation Assistant Manager role is to effectively oversee and coordinate HR operations and payroll functions. This includes ensuring accurate and timely payroll processing, supporting HR business partners in implementing HR strategies, and managing employee relations. The role aims to enhance operational efficiency, maintain compliance with labor laws, and foster a positive work environment that supports the organization's goals and employee satisfaction.
