JOB PURPOSE:

The Project Management Specialist – Innovation & Strategic Projects provides project management and governance support across Innovation and Strategic Business Projects.

The role is responsible for creating and maintaining project networks, tracking timelines and special project budgets, monitoring risks and dependencies, and providing project visibility through reporting and governance processes. Working in partnership with Project Leaders and Technical Project Leaders, the role enables effective project execution by ensuring stakeholders have clear visibility of milestones, critical paths, risks, and project progress.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

1) Innovation Project Management

• Create, maintain and optimize MS Project networks for innovation projects, ensuring clear milestones, dependencies and critical paths.
• Track project progress and provide visibility on timelines, deliverables and project status.
• Identify and escalate risks, delays and critical path impacts to Project Leaders and stakeholders.
• Support project governance through reporting, project reviews and preparation for key decision-making forums.
• Monitor project performance and identify opportunities to simplify or accelerate execution.

2) Strategic & Special Projects Lead

• Create and manage project plans and networks for strategic business initiatives, including artwork harmonization and packaging transitions, design for channel importation projects and other business priorities.
• Track milestones, timelines, budgets and key dependencies to support successful project delivery
• Coordinate project activities and inputs across local, regional and external stakeholders
• Identify and escalate project risks, delays and resource constraints.
• Support governance, reporting and stakeholder communications throughout project execution

QUALIFICATIONS:

• At least 3 years of experience in supply chain planning operations or project management
• English Proficiency required

Additional requirements:

• Equipped with sharp articulation of communication in engaging with multi stakeholder.
• Equipped with sharp analytical skills
• Knowledge in MS Project, & Project Presentation
