JOB PURPOSE:

As a Sales Coordinator, you will play a pivotal role in supporting the Sales Director and ensuring operational excellence across distributor management, customer service, asset deployment, and compliance. This role encompasses end-to-end coordination of contracts, complaints, fleet administration, and distributor standards, while also managing procurement, logistics, and administrative tasks. Your contribution will be essential in maintaining smooth operations, timely execution, and high standards across all sales support functions.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

1.Distributor Contract Management

  • Prepare and manage documentation for contract renewals and new agreements with the Distributors.
  • Coordinate with relevant departments to ensure timely execution and compliance.

2.Customer Complaint Coordination

  • Collaborate with Sales teams and the Distributors to address and resolve customer complaints.
  • Monitor progress and provide status updates to management.

3.Sales Fleet Administration

  • Maintain and verify data related to sales team vehicles.
  • Coordinate with relevant teams regarding maintenance, usage, and vehicle allocation.

4.Distributor Standard (DT Standard) Monitoring

  • Collect and track monthly DT Standard audit (by ASM) results.
  • Prepare reports for Channel Control Supervisor for further analysis and action.

5.Personal Assistant to Sales Director GT

  • Manage schedules, meetings, and related documentation for the Sales Director.
  • Provide general administrative support and assist with special assignments as required.

  • Familiarity with procurement, logistics, and compliance processes, and experience in distributor policy/procedure control or related fields are preferred.
