IE Engineer

Responsibilities:

1. Apply Industrial Engineering (IE) methods to improve production efficiency and reduce operational costs.
2. Support production teams in achieving production targets, budget goals, and reducing non-value-added activities.
3. Analyze manpower, machine capacity, production flow, and process efficiency while considering quality, cost, delivery timelines, and ergonomics.
4. Maintain and update production planning and manufacturing system data (SAP, JRules, FACT) to ensure accuracy and completeness.
5. Prepare and maintain process documents, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and work instructions.
6. Support production capacity planning, manpower planning, budgeting, and productivity improvement activities.
7. Analyze production losses, OEE (Overall Equipment Effectiveness), and TEEP data to identify improvement opportunities.
8. Analyze workforce performance and calculate efficiency indicators for production employees.
9. Support capacity expansion, debottlenecking projects, and continuous improvement initiatives.
10. Evaluate process improvement activities and measure their impact on production cost and operational performance.
11. Prepare and consolidate production, manpower, capacity, and management reports on a monthly basis.
12. Act as a local key user for manufacturing systems such as SAP and JRules, and support system improvement and master data management.
13. Develop improvement ideas, digital tools, and internal software solutions to support IE and manufacturing operations.
14. Ensure implementation of improvement actions and maintain operational controls.
15. Promote and support Environmental, Safety, and Health (ESH) awareness within the workplace.

Requirements:

1. Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related field.
2. 1-3 years of experience in manufacturing, production, process improvement, or Industrial Engineering.
3. Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, Time Study, and Motion Study.
4. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to improve production processes and operational efficiency.
5. Good teamwork and communication skills, with the ability to coordinate between technical and business teams.
6. Good command of English
