We are looking for an experienced implementation engineer who understands both design and production logic in the custom furniture/cabinetry industry, and enjoys solving complex customer project challenges.
Job Responsibilities
Responsible for the end-to-end implementation and delivery of customized client projects, covering the entire workflow from requirement alignment, product library planning, modeling, and production-order splitting tests to final delivery. You will guide clients through product library design, provide modeling training and supervision, configure databases, conduct testing, and collaborate with back-end teams to resolve technical production bottlenecks, driving efficient project completion.
- Data Preparation & Local Support: Assist clients in organizing the product data required for design and production projects (e.g., product systems, pricing frameworks, design guidelines, bill of materials/BOM, construction drawings) based on their customized products and manufacturing processes. Provide dedicated implementation support to local clients in Thailand.
- Parametric Training: Provide Coohom parametric modeling training tailored to clients products and offer ongoing guidance to ensure they can independently build product libraries and integrate them seamlessly with production.
- Requirement Analysis & Delivery: Identify the specific business scenarios where clients use Coohom. Conduct thorough client research and communication to ensure accurate requirement understanding, report potential issues, track progress through to acceptance, and guarantee successful implementation.
- Feature Promotion & Engagement: Analyze clients market applications to promote core Coohom features. Assist clients in configuring features unique to their brands to deepen product usage and improve overall satisfaction.
- Project Management: Formulate implementation project plans for client deliverables, monitor project execution to ensure timeline health, and achieve successful project delivery.
- Process Optimization: Analyze clients current design and production workflows. Leveraging your insights into the custom furniture industry, identify bottlenecks in their current information workflows, propose optimization strategies, and deliver solutions to enhance client success value.
Job Requirements
Core Qualifications (Must-Haves):
- Language & Education: Proficient in English or Chinese as a working language (primarily reading and writing skills). Bachelor's degree or above.
- Industry Experience: 3+ years of experience in furniture manufacturing or related industries, including at least 1 year of experience in client project implementation or technical service. Familiarity with the production processes of the custom home furnishing industry is required.
- Software Skills: Familiarity with conventional computer-aided design (CAD) software, such as 3DMAX, AutoCAD, or order-splitting/nesting software. Ability to quickly learn and master Coohom parametric modeling through training.
- Communication Skills: Excellent logical expression and client communication skills. Ability to translate complex technical jargon into easy-to-understand user guides. Proven experience leading client training sessions or providing on-site guidance.
- Soft Skills: Proactive with a strong capacity for learning; able to quickly master Coohom implementation technologies.
- Resilience: Highly resilient with strong project management skills; capable of driving client project progress and handling challenging tasks.
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Strong collaborative mindset. Act as a bridge between frontline clients and various internal Coohom teams, coordinating resources to resolve technical and production bottlenecks during project implementation.
