What you'll be doing

The Implementation Manager Admin & Finance will play a crucial role in the rollout of the Transport Management System (TMS) with a specialization in administration and financial functions. Focused on the financial aspects of business processes in the freight forwarding industry, this role will involve project management and operational excellence.

You will be contributing to that vision by

  • Lead and coordinate activities related to the financial aspects of the TMS rollout across the APAC region.
  • Conduct and support financial gap analyses for systems under review.
  • Manage and coordinate financial topics within the project scope of the TMS rollout.
  • Serve as a TMS Finance expert to resolve 3rd-level escalations in live countries.
  • Oversee the financial module rollout for TMS implementation.
  • Conduct training sessions on administration and finance functionalities.
  • Lead the rollout and project management for the software/application implementation.
  • Coordinate business requirements with product owners for new developments.
  • Test new features to ensure alignment with business needs.
  • Create and maintain detailed project documentation.
  • Ensure regional alignment with global financial standards in all applicable countries.

What skills & experience you'll bring to us

  • Proven experience in financial roles, ideally in the logistics or freight forwarding industry.
  • Strong project management experience with a focus on IT-related implementations.
  • Basic understanding of IT applications and technology within a business environment.
  • Highly self-motivated, results-oriented, and independent in executing tasks.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks effectively and perform well under pressure.
  • Excellent verbal and written English communication skills, with the ability to communicate at all organizational levels.
  • Strong organizational skills, with attention to detail and the ability to multitask.
  • Willingness to travel as required.
