Job Summary
The Implementation Officer is responsible for supporting the successful implementation and adoption of PurchasePlus for new and existing customers. This role focuses on coordinating implementation activities, preparing customer data, supporting system configuration, conducting user training, and ensuring a smooth transition from project kick-off to go-live.
The role works closely with customers, internal project teams, product teams, and relevant stakeholders to ensure that PurchasePlus is implemented according to agreed requirements, timelines, and best practices. The Implementation Officer helps customers understand the system, prepare for operational readiness, and achieve effective usage after go-live.
Key Responsibilities
- Support end-to-end implementation projects for PurchasePlus customers, from project kick-off, requirement gathering, configuration, training, user acceptance testing, go-live preparation, and post-go-live handover.
- Work with customers to understand their procurement, approval, catalogue, purchasing, invoice, and operational workflows.
- Assist in gathering, validating, and preparing customer data required for implementation, such as users, properties, suppliers, catalogues, approval workflows, purchasing settings, and related master data.
- Coordinate with internal teams to set up system configurations based on agreed customer requirements.
- Provide user training and onboarding sessions to ensure customers understand how to use PurchasePlus effectively.
- Prepare training materials, user guides, implementation documents, meeting notes, and project status updates.
- Monitor implementation progress, follow up on pending items, and escalate risks or blockers to the project lead or manager when required.
- Support customers during user acceptance testing and go-live preparation.
- Assist in go-live activities and ensure customers are operationally ready to use the system.
- Ensure accurate records, documentation, and project information are maintained and kept up to date.
- Coordinate with Customer Success or Support teams for proper handover after implementation is completed.
- Provide on-site implementation support when required.
- Continuously identify opportunities to improve implementation processes, documentation, training, and customer onboarding experience.
Job Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, Information Technology, Supply Chain, or any related field.
- 0–2 years of experience in implementation, project coordination, customer onboarding, software training, hospitality operations, procurement, or related roles.
- New graduates are welcome, especially candidates with strong communication, coordination, and learning ability.
- Experience in software implementation, SaaS, procurement systems, hospitality systems, ERP, POS, accounting systems, or project coordination would be an advantage.
- Good understanding of business processes; experience in hotel, restaurant, purchasing, finance, or supply chain operations would be a plus.
- Strong coordination and follow-up skills with attention to detail.
- Good analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Able to organize tasks, manage priorities, and work under project timelines.
- Service-minded, positive attitude, proactive, and willing to learn.
- Good communication and presentation skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
- Good command of Thai and English, both written and spoken.
- Able to travel for on-site implementation projects when required.
