International Transport Specialist - Import
On-site position
TPT Address : 144/1 Moo.5, Bangkadi Industrial Park, Tivanon Road, Tambol Bangkadi, Amphur Muang, Pathumthani 12000 Thailand
Working Days : 6 Days (Saturday can be Full/Half/Off Days depends on the business needs)
JD:
- Responsible for reconciling the factory's import and export expenses and managing their progress;
- Cooperate with suppliers to promote the operation of the reconciliation system, billing, and invoicing requirements;
- Cooperate with finance and suppliers to resolve any anomalies in the reconciliation process;
- Responsible for inquiries and system price maintenance for sporadic ocean and inland transportation needs.
Qualifications:
- Know well about Thailand import and export customs procedures and operation;
- Know well about Thailand's import and export fee settlement procedures and tax requirements;
- Excellent interpersonal communication skills, able to collaborate internally and externally with finance, shipping companies, customs clearance and trucking agents;
- Thai and English is a must, Chinese is a plus
