Job Title: In-Country Sales Manager - Pumps

Job Location: Philippines, Vietnam, Malaysia, Thailand

We are expanding our team in Southeast Asia and seeking to hire 4 dynamic In-Country Sales Managers, each responsible for one of the following countries: the Philippines, Vietnam, Thailand, or Malaysia. (Each manager must be based in the country they represent)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute sales strategies for the pumps business specific to your assigned country.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key customers and partners in your region.
  • Analyze market trends and identify new business opportunities.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Achieve sales targets and report on sales performance metrics.
  • Report directly to the Regional Sales Managers.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in engineering, business, or related field.
  • Strong knowledge of the pump industry, applications, and market dynamics is a must.
  • Knowledge in sales strategy, account management, and business development in the pumps sector.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Fluent in English (both spoken and written).
  • Ability to adapt strategies based on market conditions.
  • Effective negotiation, networking, and client relationship-building expertise
  • Willingness to travel within the country, and abroad when necessary.
