Play a key role in achieving Free Fire Thailand's targeted activeness metrics by taking full ownership of the in-game free events verticalincluding end-to-end planning, configuration, performance analysis (both quantitative and qualitative), and comprehensive reporting.
Ensure that Free Fire Thailand's campaign standards are consistently maintained by delivering events that are coherent, engaging, and supported by regular actionable insights.
Work closely and frequently with the Free Fire Regional team to establish an efficient, reliable workflow with minimal error rates.
Support the Product Team's objectives across assigned projects, which may include proposing feature enhancements to developers, conducting user research, and experimenting with new product features.
Job Requirements
At least 1-2 years of experience in data or operations across any industry, with proven ability to thrive in fast-paced environments and embody the company's 5 core values.
Excellent skill in English communication (both written and spoken).
Genuine passion for gamingactively plays mobile games across multiple genres.
Experience collaborating with large, cross-cultural teams.
Background in event or campaign planning, such as sales events or e-commerce promotional campaigns is preferred.
Skills in Excel/Google Sheets, SQL, data analysis, and data visualization is preferred.
