We are seeking a talented and versatile In-house Creative / Graphic Designer to join our Marketing and Communications team. In this role, you will be responsible for conceptualizing and creating compelling visual content that elevates our brand identity and drives engagement across all digital and offline channels. The ideal candidate blends strategic creative thinking with sharp technical execution to deliver impactful marketing materials.
Key Responsibilities
- Creative & Graphic Design: Conceptualize and design high-quality digital marketing assets (artworks) for all online platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Line OA, websites, and e-commerce marketplaces (Shopee/Lazada).
- Offline & Print Media: Design offline marketing materials such as banners, backdrops, leaflets, packaging, and internal corporate communication materials.
- Campaign Brainstorming: Collaborate closely with the Marketing and Content Creation teams to brainstorm creative concepts, monthly content pillars, and visual directions for integrated marketing campaigns.
- Brand Identity Control: Maintain, safeguard, and enforce the company's Corporate Identity (CI) guidelines, ensuring visual consistency and brand alignment across all consumer touchpoints.
- Asset Optimization: Retouch, edit, and enhance product and lifestyle photography to ensure professional and premium presentation.
- Production Coordination: Coordinate with external vendors and printing houses to ensure correct production specifications, color proofs, and timely delivery of materials (where applicable).
- Workflow Management: Manage multiple design requests simultaneously and consistently deliver high-quality work within agreed deadlines.
- Other Duties: Perform other related duties and special projects as assigned by supervisors.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Visual Communication Design, Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or a related field.
- Fresh graduates with an outstanding portfolio are welcome to apply.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, specifically Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator.
- Ability to use Adobe Premiere Pro or After Effects for video editing and basic short-form Motion Graphics (highly advantageous).
- Deep understanding of layout, composition, typography, and color theory.
- Strong familiarity with social media formats, dimensions, and optimal visual practices that capture audience attention.
- Highly creative with an open-minded attitude, staying up-to-date with the latest design, technology, and marketing trends.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to receive briefs effectively and constructively implement feedback.
- Accountable, disciplined, and able to thrive under pressure to meet tight deadlines.
- A comprehensive and diverse design portfolio must be submitted along with the application.
Working Hours
Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM (1-hour lunch break)
