We are looking for an In-house Graphic Designer to manage and execute creative designs for our marketing campaigns. You will handle everything from digital artworks and offline print media to safeguarding our Corporate Identity (CI) across all channels. If you have strong design skills and a good eye for detail, we'd love to have you on board.
Responsibilities
- Creative & Graphic Design: Conceptualize and design high-quality artwork for digital platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Line OA, Website, Shopee/Lazada).
- Offline & Print Media: Design print and event materials including banners, backdrops, leaflets, packaging, and internal corporate assets.
- Campaign Brainstorming: Collaborate with Marketing & Content teams to develop campaign concepts, monthly content pillars, and visual directions.
- Brand Identity Control: Maintain, safeguard, and enforce Corporate Identity (CI) guidelines for visual consistency across all touchpoints.
- Asset Optimization: Retouch, edit, and enhance product and lifestyle photography for a premium presentation.
- Production Coordination: Work with external vendors and printing houses to handle production specs, color proofs, and timely delivery.
- Workflow Management: Manage multiple design requests simultaneously and deliver high-quality work within agreed deadlines.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Visual Communication Design, Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or related field. (Fresh graduates with an outstanding portfolio are welcome!)
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop & Illustrator are a must).
- Knowledge of Adobe Premiere Pro or After Effects (for short-form video editing & basic Motion Graphics) is highly advantageous.
- Deep understanding of layout, composition, typography, and color theory.
- Strong familiarity with social media formats, dimensions, and visual best practices.
- Highly creative, open-minded, and up-to-date with design, tech, and marketing trends.
- Strong communication skills; able to take briefs well and process constructive feedback.
- Accountable, disciplined, and able to perform effectively under tight deadlines.
Working Hours
Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM (1-hour lunch break)
