Job Description: Independent Recruiter (Thailand)
Location: Thailand (Remote)
We are seeking an Independent Recruiter from Thailand to work on a freelance, milestone-based engagement. This is an excellent opportunity for experienced recruiters fluent in both Thai and English to collaborate with our team and help uncover top local talent for various projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and onboard freelance Linguistic Experts (translators, interpreters, localization specialists).
- Source STEM Experts (Science, Technology, Engineering, and Mathematics professionals).
- Identify Other Subject Matter Experts as per project needs (e.g., education, healthcare, business, law, finance, etc.).
- Build and maintain a robust pipeline of candidates using job boards, professional networks, and referrals.
- Pre-screen candidates for skills, experience, and suitability for specific project requirements.
- Communicate regularly with our team regarding project milestones and candidate progress.
Requirements
- Residency in Thailand and strong understanding of the local talent market.
- Fluency in Thai and English, both spoken and written.
- Recruitment experience in technical, linguistic, or specialist fields is preferred.
- Strong networking, communication, and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and deliver results within agreed timelines.
