Job Title: India Sales Person

Job Location: Bangalore

Job Type: 36 Month+ Extendable

Experience: 3 to 6 Years

About The Role

  • Utilize various channels, including phone calls, emails, and social media, to identify and qualify potential customers.
  • Research and gather relevant information to understand their needs and pain points.

Sales Pipeline Management

  • Manage the end-to-end sales process, from initial contact to closing the deal.
  • Effectively prioritize and follow up on leads, maintaining accurate and up-to-date records in our CRM system.

Consultative Selling

  • Engage with prospects to understand their requirements and present tailored solutions that meet their needs.
  • Conduct product demonstrations and effectively communicate the value proposition to drive conversions.

For Senior Role

  • Mentors and coaches a team of Inside Sales team members to meet their goals.
  • Also is individually responsible for meeting their personal goals.
  • Utilize various channels, including phone calls, emails, and social media, to identify and qualify potential customers.
  • Research and gather relevant information to understand their needs and pain points.
  • Manage the end-to-end sales process, from initial contact to closing the deal.
  • Effectively prioritize and follow up on leads, maintaining accurate and up-to-date records in our CRM system.
  • Engage with prospects to understand their requirements and present tailored solutions that meet their needs.
