Job Requirements:

• Must have Bachelor / Master Degree with major in Accounting, Business, Finance or Economics;
• Extensive experience in indirect tax compliance, ideally in APAC or other international jurisdictions;
• Experience working in cross functional project teams in a complex, international and multicultural environment;
• Proven experience with Big 4 firms and/or internal tax teams.

Desired Skills:

• Advisory experience preferred;
• Effective people manager with excellent stakeholder engagement abilities.

Job Description:

• The Indirect Tax Compliance Manager will oversee and manage indirect tax compliance across multiple APAC jurisdictions;
• expertise in VAT, GST, and sales tax, along with experience in compliance, advisory, and stakeholder engagement;
• Liaise with senior stakeholders, including the CFO and business teams, reporting directly to the Head of Tax;
• Be the main point of contact for stakeholders, demonstrating leadership and influence in tax management;
• Lead and coach a team of tax experts to drive performance;
• Deliver advisory insights as part of compliance responsibilities.
