Industrial and Product Data Engineer

Job Description

Responsible/Planning with supervision support for Industrial engineering standards, Ergonomic, MTM, Time data management, Line layout, Plant Product Data in system and Engineering change management.

• Planning with supervision support for Ergonomics in work system, Workplace design for EM production line and conduct physical stress evaluations by using the IGEL program (Ergonomics check list & Igel).
• Planning for standard time data management, standard time for employee and machine with allowance time. Support MOEx Routing verification for each products part number (MTM, VicTa, CAPP, StAB).
• Responsible for release new machine and equipment for the topic of Ergonomics, Igel, Layout, MTM and StAB.
• Responsible for new and mass production p/n BOM maintaining and implement for EM products, including checking BOM and Routing for Business Plan.
• Regular check and confirm Bill of Material and p/n in POE module including BOI BOM and components verification.
• Key-user contact for HmjP plant local, co-ordinate with Lead Plant and Bosch worldwide and responsible for standardizing setup related to Engineering Change Management.
• Lead project improvement for new EM production line and support CIP activity for series production, product and cycle time improvement.
• Support Internal and External Audit relate to the role and responsibility.
• Support for Planning Guideline (PGL) HmjP new MAE and MAE plant layout control
• EM Industrialization concept support new business project.

Qualifications

Education:

• Bachelor's degree with Industrial Engineering background or related field

Qualification:

• Good communication skills, Intermediate in Chinese is advantage
• Experience in Automotive Industrial and industrial Engineering
• Competence or experience in Industrial engineering standard
• Basic knowledge in BOI process is advantage
• Basic knowledge in SAP ERP or S4Hana is advantage
• Knowledge in IATF16949 , ISO 14001 , ISO 45001
