Key Responsibilities
- Lead product efficiency improvement initiatives to reduce waste and operating costs.
- Conduct time and motion studies; develop capacity models to ensure site capacity meets business requirements.
- Monitor and analyze factory performance, drive action plans for continuous efficiency improvement.
- Lead capital planning for NPI and mass production ramp-up; collaborate with NPI PMs and cross-functional teams to ensure on-time capacity installation.
- Apply industrial engineering methodologies to improve throughput, productivity, and operational performance.
- Lead production layout design and optimize production flow for maximum efficiency.
- Support and deliver industrial engineering training across teams.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or above in Industrial Engineering or related field, with 5+ years of relevant experience.
- Proficient in AutoCAD.
- Strong expertise in Lean Manufacturing and Kaizen methodologies.
- Proven experience implementing Lean/Kaizen tools to drive efficiency improvement, cycle time reduction, and cost savings.
- Solid project management experience, with demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional continuous improvement initiatives.
- Strong communication skills and effective collaboration capability.
- Good command of spoken and written English.
