Job Description:
- Time study in all production to confirm capacity & %work efficiency as standard time, machine capacity, cycle time etc.
- Responsible for optimizing the Headcount productivity standard and its sustainability to promote efficient labor and factory utilization.
- Provide industrial engineering concept analysis to improve productivity and cost reduction.
- Optimization of the process flow concept in production (LEAN, Value Added/Non-Value Added analyzes)
- Monitor manufacturing cost reduction KPIs and drive improvement activities.
- Be Leadership and Organizer of productivity improvement activity.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or a related.
- Process optimization, Workflow analysis and Lean manufacturing Kaizen methodologies.
- Cross-functional collaboration between engineering, operations, and management
- Strong analytical thinking, Adaptability and continuous improvement mindset, Project management.
- Be able to Data analysis: Power BI, Power Automate, Visual basis VBA will be special consider
