About the Role
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Industrial Engineer to support the implementation and standardization of screwdriver systems and assembly data across the APAC region.
This role will focus on manufacturing digitalization, process standardization, traceability, and implementation of automated screwdriving technologies integrated with global databases and production systems.
The ideal candidate is passionate about industrial engineering, smart manufacturing, and continuous improvement within production environments.
Key Responsibilities
- Implement and maintain screwdriver system data across APAC production sites
- Support integration of automatic screwdriving systems with global databases and manufacturing systems
- Standardize tightening parameters and engineering logic across production plants
- Improve engineering data consistency to support stable production processes
- Support full traceability implementation for assembly and screwdriving operations
- Participate in pilot projects, rollout activities, and manufacturing optimization initiatives
- Collaborate with operations, production, quality, and engineering teams across regions
- Support root cause analysis and continuous improvement activities
- Assist in reducing manual processes through system-driven manufacturing standards
- Contribute to sustainable and scalable manufacturing quality standards
Qualifications
Education
- Bachelor's or Master's Degree in:
- Mechanical Engineering
- Electrical Engineering
Experience
- Minimum 3–5 years of working experience preferred
- Experience in manufacturing, assembly processes, or industrial engineering is an advantage
Preferred Skills & Competencies
- Basic understanding of mechanical assembly and manufacturing processes
- Knowledge of electric screwdrivers, assembly tools, and production equipment
- Familiarity with production lines and industrial manufacturing environments
- Ability to read technical drawings and engineering documents
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
