Job Highlight

Design production layouts with the purpose of increasing productivity, OEE, eliminating wastefulness, reducing costs, and ensuring quality standards are maintained with Industrial Engineering concept and method. Production line capacity and resource analysis.

About the role you will

Project management, drive productivity projects to achieve operational and cost excellence.

Identify and improve work method, manufacturing flow, productivity and technological upgrades that maximize efficiency, cost, reduce wastes (NVA) and production process as well as improve on time delivery to customer.

Initiate/optimize the capacity & resource analysis not only short-term & mid-term planning, but also Long Range Planning on machine, tooling, headcount as well as develop the mitigation plan to meet customer's requirement.

Lead the Adhoc resource analysis to meet business requirement.

Designing and proposing production line layout to promote space optimization and safety in company.

Work closely with team to execute the layout planning, including machine, work station, production accessories, utilities to meet master schedule and budget.

About you (Skill)

Advanced knowledge of production machinery, processes, especially Assembly , and set up standard machine time and labor time.

Strong Data analysis, project management, supervise and coaching skills.

Communication and presentation skills.

Critical thinking and problem-solving ability.

Good computer program skill, office software, specifically Microsoft Excel, AutoCAD.

SAP experience.

Your Experience includes (Qualification)

Bachelor in Industrial Engineer or related field.

Proven experience at least 6 years in Industrial Engineer concept, Electronic components, assembly and project management.

Understanding of create and maintain master data in SAP, and/or MES

Productivity improvement experience.

Layout planning and execution.

Proficiency in MS Office and AutoCAD.
