  • Process Improvement & Productivity
  • Improve production/work processes to be more efficient
  • Analyze problems that occur in the production process and propose solutions
  • Capacity Planning & Layout Design
  • Plan production capacity
  • Design machinery/production line layout to use resources appropriately
  • Calculate the appropriate number of machines/workforce according to production volume
  • Cost Reduction & Efficiency
  • Create cost reduction projects (Cost Saving Projects)
  • Design work methods (Method Improvement) that help reduce waste according to Lean, Kaizen, 5S principles
