Industry Researcher

Job description:

Responsible for strategic analysis of industry outlook in order to identify business opportunities and risks for Krungsri group, deliver value to customers, assist long-term planning, and provide strategic guidance for Krungsri group

· Analyze conditions and trends of key businesses/industries to serve credit policy formulation, business planning, and risk management

· Provide Industry Risk Assessment to serve Krungsri's Credit Rating process

· Conduct industry research on emerging issues to identify business opportunities and provide early warning signals

· Analyze business impacts of industry variables under macroeconomic risk scenarios to support Stress Testing

[Scope of industry research: energy and utility, agricultural and food, hi-tech industries (e.g. automobiles, auto parts, electrical appliances, and electronics), chemicals (e.g. pharmaceuticals, chemical fertilizers), construction and construction materials, real estate (e.g. housing, commercial building, industrial estate), hospitality (e.g. hotels, private hospitals), modern trade, mobile communication, logistics, other industries, and ESG issues related to industry]

Qualifications :

• Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Economics, Finance, Business Administration and Statistics or related fields
• 7-10 years of related experience in economic and industry/ business analysis
• Strong foundation in qualitative and quantitative research methods
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills (in both Thai and English), including ability to translate research findings into clear and actionable results
