Influencer Marketing Specialist

We are seeking an Influencer Executive to drive our company's Influencer Marketing strategy and achieve our business objectives. The ideal candidate will be skilled at identifying and cultivating relationships with suitable Influencers (STARs) to create impactful campaigns that enhance brand awareness and drive sales.

Job Purpose :

To spearhead the company's Influencer Marketing strategy, focusing on identifying and nurturing relationships with suitable Influencers to create impactful campaigns that boost brand awareness and drive sales.

Key Responsibilities :

1. Identify and recruit Influencers (STARs) that align with the scope of work (SOW) and content objectives of each campaign.

2. Build and maintain strong relationships with STARs, negotiating the best possible agreements.

3. Develop and manage a comprehensive STAR database, including detailed profiles of KOLs, Creators, and Influencers.

4. Manage and update the portfolio of KOLs, Creators, and Influencers to ensure accurate selection and targeting.

5. Oversee and maintain the quality of Influencer (STAR) content to ensure it aligns with the brand.

6. Organize workshops and other development activities to enhance STAR skills.

Qualifications :

1. Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field.

2. Experience: At least 1-3 years of experience in Influencer Marketing, KOL management, or a related field.

3. Skills:

- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

- Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with Influencers.

Proficiency in data analysis.

- Creative thinking and problem-solving skills.

- Knowledge of social media platforms.

- Project management skills and attention to detail.

- Ability to manage time effectively.

- Adaptability and willingness to learn new strategies and tools.

Working hours are Monday-Friday 9.00-18.00 // Saturday (WFH) 9.00-13.00
