Job Description

We are seeking a results-oriented Influencer & Partnership Specialist to scale our creator ecosystem. In this role, you will be responsible for the end-to-end management of influencer relationships, from initial identification and contract negotiation to campaign execution and performance analysis. The ideal candidate is a strategic communicator who understands how to leverage social media partnerships to drive brand awareness and measurable ROI.

Responsibilities:

1. Strategic Sourcing & Recruitment

  • Proactively identify and vet potential influencers and partners across key social platforms (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, etc.).
  • Develop a consistent pipeline of partners that align with our brand identity and target demographics.

2. Partner Relationship Management

  • Act as the primary point of contact for all partners, fostering professional, long-term collaborations.
  • Oversee the overall process including contracting process to meet KOLs and stakeholder's expectations.

3. Campaign Project Management

  • Develop comprehensive creative briefs to ensure partner content meets brand standards and campaign objectives.
  • Coordinate the content lifecycle, including product seeding, deadline management, and final approval workflows.

4. Performance Monitoring & Analytics

  • Track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) including reach, engagement, conversion rates, and ROI.
  • Utilize data-driven insights to provide recommendations for future campaign optimizations.
  • Prepare a monthly performance report to demonstrate the impact of the campaigns.

Qualifications:

  • Professional Experience: 1–2 years of experience within Influencer Marketing, Affiliate Marketing, or a related Digital Marketing field.
  • Social Media Proficiency: A sophisticated understanding of social media algorithms, content trends, and platform-specific best practices.
  • Negotiation & Communication: Proven ability to manage complex negotiations and secure mutually beneficial terms.
  • Analytical Skills: Strong ability to interpret marketing data and translate it into actionable business strategies.
  • Language: Fluent in English, reading, writing and speaking skills.

Preferred Skills

  • Familiarity with influencer management platforms (e.g., GRIN, Impact, CreatorIQ).
  • Experience in the Financial Industries.
