IT Application support

Basic troubleshoot system and network problems, diagnosing and solving hardware / software faults or IT-related issues that may arise in the store and office.

Install, configure and maintain computer hardware/ operating systems / Network and applications.

Evaluate hardware and software requirements for the organization and recommend appropriate pc & laptop specification or models.

Provide support, including procedural documentation and relevant reports.

Maintain an accurate inventory of all IT assets, including computers, printers, scanners, and other equipment.

Monitor store incident with IT Team.

KnowledgeMES System and WMS.

Support Process SAP Module PP,MM

Bachelors degree in information technology, Computer Science, or a related ,any field.

Minimum of 0-4 years of experience in IT support or New Graduate

Strong knowledge of computer hardware, operating systems, and software applications.

Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure.

Excellent listening and questioning skills, combined with the ability to interact confidently with our staff to establish what the problem is and explain the solution

Ability to prioritize workload.

Able to communicate in English with HQ

Understand with DB structure.

Strong understanding of manufacturing processes and how to align them with SAP solutions.

Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities
