Position : Project Manager and IT Business Analyst

Company business : Logistic transportation

Location : New Petchburi Road, Bangkok

Salary : Up to 120,000 THB maximum

Responsibilities :

- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements, processes, and workflows.

- Translate business requirements into functional and technical specifications.

- Manage end-to-end project lifecycle, including scope definition, planning, execution, monitoring, and closure.

- Coordinate across IT, business teams, and vendors to ensure successful project delivery.

- Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and budget.

- Identify and manage project risks and issues, ensuring timely resolution.

- Support UAT (User Acceptance Testing) and post-implementation reviews.

Requirements

- 5+ years of experience in a combined role of IT Business Analyst or Project Manager.

- Strong understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC) and project management methodologies (Agile/Scrum/Waterfall).

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English

Advantage

- Proficiency in tools like JIRA, Excel, Visio, and Microsoft Office Suite.

- Understanding of WMS (Warehouse Management Systems) or TMS (Transportation Management Systems).

- Experience in the logistics, supply chain, or freight forwarding domain.

- Familiarity with data analysis tools like Power BI or basic SQL knowledge.

- Knowledge of system integration practices and APIs.
