About the Role
Responsible for site IT asset and infrastructure management; being IT system administrator and supports site computerized systems in whole lifecycle.
As site tier 1 level helpdesk to support users on computer/network/printer/IT device installation and maintenance, troubleshooting and fix end user daily operational hardware/software issue independently. Cooperate with corporate ISB team on projects/tasks as site IT representative.
Responsibilities

- Manage IT asset and infrastructure
- Maintain up-to-date computers, servers, network device inventory, network diagram, monitor IT room running status/performance
- Responsible for site IT purchasing, aligning with corporate standards and requirement
Qualifications
- Bachelor of Computer Science & Technology or related engineering subject
- At least 6 years of IT infrastructure/application supporting experience
- Experienced with Microsoft platform, application and technology
- Experienced with IT server room, data center supporting and maintenance
- Familiar with Hyper-V, Cisco network device and solution
- GDP/GMP data integrity and computerized system validation
