Role Objective
Own infrastructure & security standards and drive operational excellence to ensure stable, secure, and auditable IT operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Own Infra service catalog, system ownership (RACI), and day-to-day operations
- Lead Incident, Change, and Problem Management (ITIL-aligned), including SLA & on-call
- Manage configuration, CMDB, assets, and network documentation
- Ensure system reliability, DR readiness (RPO/RTO), and backup testing
- Define and enforce security baseline (IAM/MFA, patching, EDR, firewall, logging)
- Lead Infra team capability, KPIs, vendors, budget, and audit readiness
Requirements
- 610 years in Infrastructure / Network / Security Operations with leadership experience
- Hands-on experience in Incident & Change Management, DR/Backup, and Security controls
- Strong communication skills with management and structured KPI reporting
Nice to Have
- ITIL, Network, Security, Microsoft, or Backup certifications
- Experience managing multi-site environments and vendors
