We are looking for an experienced IT leader to drive the transformation of our infrastructure and governance capabilities. This role will play a key part in centralizing IT operations, strengthening cybersecurity and governance, reducing risks from legacy systems, and developing a high-performing infrastructure team.
This role requires strong ownership and the ability to challenge existing structures to drive meaningful change.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the transformation from a decentralized, local support model to centralized infrastructure operations
- Standardized infrastructure architecture, tools, and processes across all locations
- Strengthen IT governance framework, including policies, controls, and compliance
- Assess risks from legacy hardware, software, and systems and implement risk mitigation measures (e.g., monitoring, segmentation, WAF, security controls)
- Define and execute infrastructure and cybersecurity modernization roadmap
- Develop infrastructure team into specialized roles
- Establish clear KPIs, dashboards, and reporting for infrastructure performance and risks
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to align IT initiatives with business needs
- Manage vendors to ensure quality delivery and SLA compliance
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field
- 10+ years of experience in IT infrastructure, cybersecurity, or related areas
- 3+ years in a managerial or leadership role
- Experience in multi-site or enterprise environments is preferred
- Have knowledge in compliance standards such as IS27001, PDPA, ITIL will be advantage
- Strong leadership with hands-on capability
- Strategic thinking with strong execution skills
- Strong communication with both technical teams and business stakeholders
Technical Skills
- Infrastructure: Network, Server, Virtualization, Cloud (AWS/Azure/GCP)
- Security: Firewall, WAF, EDR, SIEM, SOC, MDR
- Governance: ISO 27001, NIST, ITIL, or similar frameworks (advantage)
- Experience with both legacy and modernization systems
