Key Responsibilities
- Infrastructure Management: Maintain and monitor servers, networks, systems, and hardware for high availability.
- Team Leadership: Hire, train, mentor, and evaluate IT staff (sysadmins, support).
- Strategy & Policy: Develop and implement IT strategies, security protocols, and disaster recovery plans.
- Budgeting: Plan, manage, and report on IT budgets for cost-effectiveness.
- Project Management: Oversee system upgrades, migrations, and new implementations.
- Security & Compliance: Implement security measures and ensure adherence to standards.
- Support & Training: Resolve technical issues, provide user support, and design staff training.
- Vendor Management: Manage relationships with external tech providers.
Essential Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field.
- Strong leadership, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication, time management, and organizational abilities.
- Experience in project management, system administration, and cybersecurity.

Qulification:
- Bachelor's degree or Master's degree n Computer Science, IT, or Management Information Systems (MIS)
- Experience: Expect to need 5-10 years in the IT field, progressing from technical roles (sysadmin, network engineer) to positions with leadership or project coordination.
