Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • A. IT Infrastructure, Network & Security

1.Supervise daily operations of network, server infrastructure, end-user computing, and IT helpdesk services to ensure system stability and high availability (uptime target ≥ 99.5%).

2.Implement and maintain IT cloud infrastructure (Microsoft 365, Azure/AWS) and hybrid environment in line with company architecture standards.

3.Plan, analyze, implement, monitor and continuously improve IT user control, access management, endpoint security and basic cybersecurity measures.

4.Implement and enforce security of the network, data, storage and communication systems, including firewall, antivirus, VPN, backup, and data loss prevention.

5.Evaluate IT risks, develop disaster recovery (DR), data backup and business continuity (BCP) processes, and conduct periodic DR drills.

6.Test, troubleshoot and fine-tune information systems to operate effectively and meet agreed service levels (SLA).

  • B. Core Business Systems – SAP B1, WMS, Workflow (Kissflow)

7. Oversee administration, configuration, support and continuous improvement of SAP Business One (SAP B1), including master data governance, user authorization, add-ons, and coordination with SAP implementation partner.

8.Manage Warehouse Management System (WMS) together with Supply Chain / Warehouse teams – covering system stability, barcode/scanner devices, stock accuracy, and integration with SAP B1.

9. Own the Workflow Management Platform (Kissflow) – design, configure and govern digital workflows/e-forms for cross-functional processes (procurement, approval, HR, operations), including user onboarding and process optimization.

10.Ensure integration integrity between SAP B1, WMS, Kissflow and other peripheral systems (e-commerce, e-tax invoice, banking, HR), including API management and data reconciliation.

11.Serve as business partner to key users, translate business requirements into system solutions, and drive user adoption and change management for core business systems.

  • C. IT Strategy, Projects & Innovation

12.Initiate, propose and drive new IT projects and digital initiatives aligned with company strategy and business objectives – e.g. automation, AI adoption, system upgrade/replacement, new platform implementation.

13. Align IT infrastructure and systems roadmap with current and future business requirements and company goals; develop 1–3 year IT masterplan and present to management.

14.Lead end-to-end IT project management – scoping, vendor selection, budgeting, implementation, UAT, go-live and post-implementation review.

15.Continuously study new technologies, evaluate feasibility and ROI, and recommend innovation opportunities that strengthen competitiveness and operational excellence.

  • D. Budget, Vendor & Compliance

16.Manage IT budget and forecast, handle cash flow and enforce cost-effectiveness of IT spending; provide periodic variance analysis to management.

17.Assess, select and purchase new/replacement hardware, software and cloud services; manage IT asset lifecycle.

18.Manage IT vendors, service providers and contracts – including SLA monitoring, performance review and negotiation.

19.Ensure that all IT activities comply with applicable laws, codes and regulations – including PDPA, software licensing, and company information security policies.

  • E. Team Leadership & People Development

20.Lead, coach and develop a team of direct reports; set KPIs, conduct performance reviews, plan skill development and succession.

  • 21.Build a service-oriented IT culture and promote collaboration with internal users and business stakeholders across the organization.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Technology, MIS or related fields.
  • Minimum 5–7 years of experience in IT roles with at least 3–5 years in a managerial or supervisory position (IT Manager, IT Infrastructure Manager, IT Operations Manager or equivalent).
  • Proven hands-on experience in managing SAP Business One (SAP B1), Warehouse Management System (WMS) and workflow platforms such as Kissflow (or similar low-code/BPM tools).
  • Demonstrated experience in IT project management and leading cross-functional digital transformation or system implementation projects.
  • Solid experience in managing IT budget, vendors and SLAs.
  • Experience in FMCG / Consumer goods / Retail / Manufacturing industry is a strong plus.
  • Skills & Competencies
  • Strong technical background in Network, Server, Virtualization, Microsoft 365, Cloud (Azure/AWS), Firewall/Security, Backup & DR.
  • Good understanding of ERP concepts (SAP B1 preferred), WMS operations and BPM/workflow automation.
  • Basic programming / scripting skills (SQL, PowerShell or Python) for automation and reporting (preferred).
  • Knowledge of PDPA,NIST cybersecurity frameworks and IT governance best practices (ITIL / ISO 27001 awareness).
  • Strong problem-solving, analytical thinking and decision-making skills.
  • Strong leadership, coaching and people management skills.
  • Good interpersonal, communication and stakeholder management skills; able to translate business needs into IT solutions.
  • Upper-intermediate level of English proficiency (both written and spoken) for communication with global vendors.
  • Proactive, self-driven and able to initiate new ideas/projects aligned with organizational objectives.
