UNIQLO (Thailand) Co., Ltd. is a subsidiary company of Fast Retailing group. The IT Manager shall demonstrate strong leadership, IT project management experience, as well as retail IT system expertise. In this role, you will utilize your people skill and project management skills to analyze business problems, design operational process, implement solutions, and empower the organization to meet short-term and long-term business goals.
Responsibilities:
- Work as business partner with client department leaders and users to analyze business processes and arrive at mutual, cost effective solutions, then drive to deliver the agreed solution
- Lead and execute IT projects with global IT team, full commitment making operationally established condition
- Manage local IT partners to deliver IT services on schedule, in budget, 100% compliance with SLA
- Maintain a stable IT environment for the entire business
Job Qualification:
- Bachelor's Degree or higher in Information Technology, Computer Science, or equivalent major
- Having minimum 8 years of experience
- Plus, minimum 1 year of IT Project Management and IT Service Management experiences
- Experience in retail business as IT area (minimum 2 years), and fully understand in Retail systems including Inventory, POS (Point of Sales system), payment
- Able to solve complex problems with process improvement and system enhancement to achieve business goals
- Full SDLC experience, able to lead system development and integration projects is preferred
- Business level communication in English and Thai
- Working experience in Global Organization/ Projects
- Regional travel is required
Working Hour:
- Monday to Friday from 08:00-17:00
