Role Overview:
We are seeking a proactive and customer-focused IT Specialist to join our dynamic team supporting over 2,000 employees across Southeast Asia. This role will primarily focus on providing technical support and IT services in Thailand while collaborating with regional teams to ensure seamless operations across diverse cultures and environments.
Key Responsibilities:
End-User Support:
- Serve as the first point of contact for IT-related issues, delivering exceptional customer service.
- Troubleshoot and resolve hardware and software issues for computers, printers, mobile devices, A/V Equipment, and phones.
System Administration:
- Perform basic administration tasks in Active Directory (user accounts, groups, permissions).
- Assist with device management and policy enforcement using Microsoft Intune.
Platform Expertise:
- Support and maintain Windows 10/11 operating systems and Microsoft 365 applications.
- Ensure compliance with company IT standards and security policies.
Collaboration:
- Work closely with local and regional IT teams to deliver consistent support across SEA.
- Communicate effectively in conversational/business English with colleagues from diverse cultural backgrounds.
- Documentation & Reporting:
- Maintain accurate records of incidents, solutions, and asset inventory.
- Provide feedback and suggestions for process improvements.
Qualifications & Skills:
Technical Skills:
- Knowledge of Windows 10/11, Microsoft 365, and basic troubleshooting of IT devices.
- Familiarity with Active Directory and Microsoft Intune.
Soft Skills:
- Strong customer service orientation and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent communication skills in Thai and Conversational in English (spoken and written).
- Ability to work effectively in a multicultural environment and as part of a regional team.
Preferred:
- Experience in IT support within a corporate environment.
