Job Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related fields
Experience in firewall configuration and management
Knowledge of network maintenance (Router, Switch, Access Point, NAS)
Experience in network planning and system maintenance, including backup management
Familiar with IT operations support
Proficient in Windows Server and Linux
Strong skills in Shell scripting
Experience working with servers
Good English communication skills
Responsible, professional attitude with the ability to commit to long-term employment

Job Responsibilities

Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve network, hardware, and software issues
Install, configure, and maintain hardware and software systems following company standards
Perform routine monitoring, maintenance, and inspections of network and server systems
Test systems to ensure stability, performance, and reliability
Execute system upgrades and improvements to optimize performance
Maintain and update security and antivirus software
Provide technical support for servers, networks, and internal systems
Manage and track IT equipment and inventory when required
Support additional IT-related tasks as assigned
