Information Technology Support Analyst

Key Requirements

• Minimum 4 years of experience in Desktop/IT Support, preferably within a financial services or trading environment.
• Strong experience supporting Windows desktop environments, hardware, software, network connectivity, mobile devices, and end-user computing.
• Experience providing both onsite and remote support.
• Familiarity with trading and market data platforms such as Bloomberg, Refinitiv, IFIS, or similar is highly preferred.
• Experience handling incident management, user onboarding/offboarding, IT asset management, and vendor coordination.
• Good troubleshooting, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Good command of spoken and written English.

Education

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
