Information Technology System Engineer

Job description:

• Manage and maintain VM Servers, including installation, configuration, security, and backup operations.
• Plan and implement Microsoft 365 (M365) products
• SharePoint: Create and manage internal sites, control access permissions, and integrate document systems.
• Copilot for M365: Utilize and customize Copilot to assist with summarizing data and generating automated reports in Power BI and Word.
• Power BI: Develop dashboards and analytical reports, manage workspaces, and control access rights.
• Power Automate: Build flows to automate workflows such as document handling, notifications, and data integration across systems.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Engineering, Information Technology, or related fields.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience managing VM Servers.
• Hands-on experience with Microsoft 365 tools, especially SharePoint, Power BI, Power Automate, and Copilot.
• Strong understanding of permission management and workspace configuration within the Power Platform.
• Ability to analyze and troubleshoot technical issues, including DLP policies and AI functionalities on the Power Platform.
• Good communication skills and ability to collaborate with HRD and other departments to support training and system adoption.
