- Manage and support Cloud services such as O365, Hybrid Azure AD, Intune,
- Manage and Support Microsoft office 365.
- Configure, update, and Maintenance and Service support related to Windows Server Roles, and Relate Microsoft product.
- Work with internal cross functional teams to standardize solutions and implementation.
- Incident management, troubleshooting, and performing root cause analysis.
- Coordinating with users for project installation, implementation and project management.
- Coordinate with the other parties and vendors to find the right solution.
- Support user request and troubleshooting user problems.
- Other tasks as assigned.

Qualification.
- Bachelor's degree in computer engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology or other related.
- 2-3 Years Experience in Microsoft products: Windows Servers, Active Directory, and Windows Service (CA, DNS, DHCP, File Sharing, Print Sharing, FTP/FTPS/sFTP).
- Fair communicates in English.
- Basic Knowledge of Firewall systems (Fortigate is preferred)
- Basic Knowledge of Information Security system
- Basic Knowledge of Backup system
- Basic Knowledge of VM (VMWare / Hyper-V).
- Basic Knowledge of Cloud Service: Azure AD, Exchange Online, O365, Intune,
- Experience in Microsoft products: Active Directory, Windows Server Roles and Windows Services (CA, DNS, DHCP, File Sharing, Print Sharing, FTP/FTPS/sFTP)
- Have good understanding and proven experiences in servers and client management and application deployment (over LAN, WAN and VPN)
- Able to learn new technologies quickly.
- Have great service mind.
- Strong coordination, organization, teaming and communication abilities.
- Good troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- If have driving license is preferred.
