Scope Of Responsibilities
- To learn and understand the fundamentals of banking operations & supporting functions.
- To gain knowledge and be responsible for any given assignment or project.
- To manage and control the project as assigned whilst ensuring compliance with the Bank rules and regulations.
- To learn, support and assist assigned Banking or HR tasks on daily basis.
Qualifications
- 3rd or 4th-year student in Economics, Human Resources, Psychology, or other related fields.
- Good analytical skills.
- Excellent skills in using Microsoft office (word, excel, PowerPoint).
- Motivated, eager to learn, committed to delivering the task within given timeframe.
- Having good listening skills, communication skills, and interpersonal skills.
- Any record to show / evidence the above skills i.e. extra-curriculum activities will be a plus.
- Good command of written and spoken in English.
