Injection Molding Production Supervisor (Chinese Speaking)

Responsibilities:

• Supervise daily injection molding production operations to meet production targets and schedules.
• Monitor production output, cycle time, and machine utilization to ensure efficiency.
• Coordinate with Planning, Quality, Engineering, and Warehouse departments to ensure smooth production flow.
• Control and maintain product quality in accordance with company and customer standards.
• Identify production issues and bottlenecks, and implement corrective actions promptly.
• Manage manpower allocation, shift planning, training, and performance evaluation of production staff.
• Ensure proper use, maintenance, and basic troubleshooting of injection molding machines and molds.
• Enforce safety rules, 5S, and quality management systems on the production floor.
• Communicate effectively with Chinese-speaking supervisors, engineers, or management when required.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
• At least 23 years of experience in injection molding production or manufacturing supervision.
• Basic to intermediate knowledge of plastic injection molding machines, molds, and production processes.
• Ability to communicate in Chinese (Mandarin) for work coordination (speaking required; reading/writing is a plus).
• Able to use basic computer programs such as Microsoft Word, Excel, and Email.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Able to work under pressure, in rotating shifts, and overtime when required.
• Good coordination, leadership, and teamwork skills.
