Inland and Logistics Services Supervisor Thailand

JOB POSITION:INTERMODAL SUPERVISOR

YOUR ROLE: You will be responsible for managing inland pre-carriage and on-carriage operations across the Thailand cluster, which includes both Thailand and Myanmar. This role involves developing and optimizing the inland transportation network through multi-modal solutions. Additionally, you will be accountable for key intermodal performance indicators, including Carrier Haulage Ratio / Green Ratio / Inland Cost & Revenue

WHAT ARE YOU GOING TO DO

• Work on daily Truck / Rail / Barge pre-plan as well as capacity planning
• Empty container job order creation and Transport Order creation
• Check and offer spot rate to Commercial Team and GBS
• Empty Trucking Performance Monitoring
• Intermodal cost update in Terra
• Creating new Intermodal vendor in LARA/LISA
• Participate in bi-weekly meeting with Asia regional team to update on the situation
• Supervise the Intermodal team members

WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR

Minimum Level of Qualification:

• Possess professional working experience in Shipping/Logistics/Inland Transport field
• Bachelors Degree graduated in Maritime / Logistics would be a plus

Professional Skills:

• Good command of spoken and written English
• Good in data analysis

Personal Qualities:

• Good interpersonal communication
• Can work under pressure under tight deadline
• Multi-tasker and being a team player
