Job Description

Your role :

Are you interested in Alternatives and large projects with focus on APAC Would you like to work at the forefront of the Alternatives industry and shape its future

We are looking for a seasoned finance and project management professional to:

- lead and deliver end-to-end projects focused on enhancing alternative investment solutions, leveraging new technologies and innovative approaches to drive business transformation

- develop and manage detailed project plans and ensure seamless project execution

- collaborate with teams across the entire value chain in asset management and wealth management to deliver integrated solutions

- represent alternative investment solutions within larger, bank-wide programs, acting as a key advocate and subject matter expert

- identify and source new project opportunities and contribute creative ideas that add value to the UGA business

- gain direct exposure to alternative assets working within a leading global alternatives platform

Your team :

You will join the Unified Global Alternatives (UGA) team in Singapore. The team offers a collaborative, diverse and solution-driven environment. Team members bring a variety of backgrounds and foster a can do attitude.

Your expertise :

- ideally 10+ years of experience in finance and project management, with a strong background in alternative investments (private markets and hedge funds)

- demonstrated success in leading innovation and change projects at major financial institutions, including cross-divisional integration and digital transformation

- strong project management experience, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and deliver results in fast-paced environments

- excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a proven ability to build effective relationships with stakeholders at all levels, including executive leadership and external partners

- advanced quantitative and analytical skills, with a demonstrated ability to design and implement data-driven solutions

- master's degree in business, finance, or a related field PhD preferred

- dedication to fostering an inclusive culture and valuing diverse perspectives
